Active Reciprocity

Each month from every individual membership, we donate US$1 towards supporting One Tree Planted. We have also supported the below organisations.

One Tree Planted

A non-profit organisation focused on global reforestation. As an environmental charity, they are dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity and help reforestation efforts around the world. All by planting trees! Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity.

Imaginal is supporting the California 2021 - RCD restoration project, to reforest areas that have been affected by drought and fire and will be aiding local landowners through bringing back forests in their communities. Some of the benefits from this project will be water quality improvements from planting trees that will help with riparian wildlife and create new sources for habitat for local wildlife. For the community, the restoration along the San Joaquin Valley will stabilise the local climate for the community and will improve water quality along the valley.

So far we’ve planted 4,872 trees together!

Chaikuni Institute

Based in the Loreto region of the Peruvian Amazon, The Chaikuni Institute works to advance environmental and social justice by empowering and partnering with Indigenous peoples, to investigate and promote sustainable access to plant medicine, healthy food and economic opportunities for local communities.

Through permaculture, The Chaikuni Institute is reviving the Indigenous practice of regenerative agriculture amongst the original stewards of the Amazon. Safeguarding their sacred wisdom and knowledge of the plants and the delicate ecosystem upon which our whole earth depends. Providing food sovereignty and security is so important after hundreds of years of harmful colonial systems that have severed many Indigenous peoples relationship with their own ancestral land.

Water Now
