Yes I have always found the ocean relaxing,
Just &quot;looking&quot; is &quot;calming&quot;,
Watching waves break is like a soft slow massage of the emotions,
I try and ‘see’ the ocean everyday for this reason,
At a bare minimum - a 30second view from a hillside lookout,
Makes the difference, it’s uplifting.
